Frequently Asked Questions
How much Silica Gel do I need?
It depends on how many flowers you’re planning to preserve and how big they are! As a reference, 1 box = 1 kg and can fit 6 regular-sized roses and it measures 12x18x8cm.
Is the Silica Gel reusable?
Yes, the Silica Gel is reusable. It can be reheated to remove moisture via microwave or oven. Instructions on how to reheat are printed on every box.
When will my order be shipped?
Every order will be shipped out on the next working day. After handing over to our delivery provider, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Shipping within Singapore takes 1-3 working days.
Can I self-collect my order?
Yes! If you need Silica Gel urgently, please whatsapp me at +65 9297 9761. Please do not place an order on the website (as we will need to pay for transaction costs). Orders collected in person can be paid for via PayNow/Paylah and will get $2 off 🙂
I don't want to DIY, do you still take custom orders?
I really appreciate it, but unfortunately I don’t!
