SHIPPING
Local Delivery within Singapore
Cost – $3.50 SGD per order
Local orders are currently fulfilled by SPX or Speedpost. Orders require 1-2 days processing before they are shipped out. Once it has been dispatched it will take 1-3 working days to arrive. Please note that couriers typically do not pick up or delivery orders on weekends, hence for urgent orders, please DM us on Instagram (@thesummeralcove).
Self Collection
Self collection is available for urgent orders. Please contact +65 9297 9761 to arrange self-collection.
International Shipping
Cost – $25 SGD per order
All relevant customs duties and taxes are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
All stated date and time estimates are applicable under ‘normal’ conditions and do not take into account (but not constrained to) natural disasters, political environments and pandemics.
Refunds and Returns
Lost Parcels (International Orders)
To confirm that the parcel is missing, please contact me after 21 days and before 60 days of the dispatch date of your order. If the parcel is confirmed to be lost (parcel is not deemed lost if it doesn’t arrive by a stipulated date as delays do occur) a refund on the full value of your order minus cost of shipping will be offered.
Damaged Items
In the case your item arrives damaged, please send me a photo of the damage together with the packaging it arrived in within 7 days from receiving your parcel.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted unless a mistake was made in your order.
Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours from the placement of the order or before the order has been packed for dispatched, whichever is earlier. A non refundable cancellation fee of 5 SGD will be imposed for cancellations.
