Shipping in Singapore

  • Free shipping on all domestic orders above SGD50
    $2.50 shipping charges apply for orders below SGD50 via Singpost
  • Shipping time: 2 - 3 working days
    *Additional shipping time may occur during peak or festive season
  • Multiple orders placed by the same customer may be combined and shipped in a single package without notice.

 

  • Next Working Day Express Shipping - $25
    Mondays to Fridays delivery only
  • No delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
  • Orders placed on Friday after 12pm, will be delivered on the next working day (Monday)

Please note:

Delivery Address
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers or parcel drop-off points. Please provide a complete and valid residential or business address at checkout.

The Summer Alcove will not be responsible for any loss, failed delivery or misplacement resulting from an incomplete, inaccurate or unsupported delivery address.

Proof of Delivery
Your order will be considered successfully delivered once our appointed delivery partner marks the parcel as delivered to the address provided and supplies proof of delivery. Proof of delivery may include a photograph, delivery confirmation or other delivery record.

Once delivery has been completed and supported by proof of delivery, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer. The Summer Alcove will not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage, misplacement or unauthorised collection that occurs after delivery.

Courier Delivery Procedures
While we may pass delivery instructions to the courier, we are unable to guarantee that the courier will call, send a message, ring the doorbell or hand the parcel directly to the recipient. These arrangements are subject to the courier’s delivery procedures and operational discretion.

For deliveries fulfilled by Singpost, a recipient’s signature is not required at the point of delivery. The parcel may be left at the letterbox, doorstep, designated delivery area or another accessible location at the delivery address, provided that the courier supplies reasonable proof of delivery.
